Pre-Orders, Shipping, and Returns
- You can pre-order products before they are available for ready purchase. They will be delivered to your address as soon as they are available in our stock.
- Pre-order items are marked with their expected shipping date. Pre-Order Items are made on demand to reduce the risk of excess inventory during the infancy of our brand.
- If your order includes both products that are already in stock and pre-order items, the products will be shipped at two different times, but you will only be charged once for delivery.
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we ship your order.
- The credit card will be charged on the date that the order is placed.
- Orders over $150 are eligible for free standard domestic shipping
- Please allow up to 3-5 business days for in-stock orders to process.
- Tracking information will be emailed upon the shipment of goods.
- In order to receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in the exact condition in which it was shipped with your Return Form. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- Return forms with return address will be enclosed in your order. If you did not receive a return form please email us at email@example.com.
- Due to the growing nature of our business we are unable to provide free return labels.
- Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
- Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
- If you would like to exchange your order, we offer store credit which will allow you to process an exchange by placing a new order on our website.
